MRS. IRVIN G. OAK

SKOWHEGAN — Mrs. Nellie Mildred Oak, 46, wife of Irvin Gilbert Oak of West Front Street, Skowhegan, died Wednesday at 5 P.M., at Sisters Hospital, Waterville, where she had been a patient for one day.

Mrs. Oak was born in Madison, May 12, 1902, the daughter of Lewis W. and Lillace Ames Russell. She married Mr. Oak in July 1925. She had been ill for a year and a half.

Surviving are her father, now of Sidney; her husband; three sons, Allen E. Oak, Wendell M. Oak and Ivan R. Oak, all of Skowhegan; two sisters, Mrs. Leander Foss, Madison and Mrs. Henry Foss, Winslow; and two half-sisters, Mrs. Roxie Valliere and Mrs. Mayola Bolduc, both of Skowhegan.
