How it is shown: Complete form as supplied; no crop, no retouch.
Keep in mind: What the page says: a printed 'Copied from old records, Record of a Birth' with the date of birth April 6 (the year is written 1873 on the form), the father's name Augustus Ames and a clerk's certificate from Canaan; the child's given name was not read from the thumbnail. Whether these are our people: Likely, not Confirmed. The father Augustus Ames matches the tree's Augustus Ames (1839-1928) and the date matches Stella Belle Ames's 6 April birthday; the tree gives her birth year as 1874 and the form's year differs, which is not resolved here.
